ENROLLMENT

All children must be fully enrolled before attending Hilldale Christian Child Care Center. As part of the enrollment process, parents or legal guardians are required to participate in a pre-enrollment meeting, either in person or through a virtual tour.
To complete enrollment, the following documents must be submitted to the center
  • Completed Enrollment Application Packet
  • Current Immunization Record on the official Tennessee Child Care Immunization Certificate (white form)
  • Signed Parent Handbook and Policy Agreement
  • Any applicable court orders, custody agreements, or legal documentation regarding the child's care and guardianship
Enrollment will not be considered complete until all required forms and documentation have been received and approved by the center.

TUITION & FEES

Tuition can be paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.  Please contact us for more information regarding tuition rates and fees.
